You have the option to return the products you have selected within (14) fourteen calendar days<\/strong> from the day of receipt if you have changed your mind, or if the selection does not meet your expectations or the product is defective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After you have received the product, you have the right by law to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) calendar days, without incurring any costs, except for the return costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After we have reviewed your return request we will send you a confirmation email. The product must be returned to e-pantazaras.gr within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notified the company of your wish to withdraw, accompanied by the proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After we receive the product we assess its condition and decide if a refund can be made. In order for us to refund you for returned products, they must be in their original condition. This requires the original packaging as well as the labels and tags to be in their original condition. We would ask that the products be in separate packaging to protect them during their transport to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, second-hand products or products manufactured to your specifications or in the case of personalized products are not refundable. In case of purchase by debit or credit card (or PayPal ) we credit your debit or credit card (or PayPal account) with the value of the products and delivery costs as soon as they are received and approved. Also the company will return the money in the same way as the payment was made. Exceptionally, delivery costs are not refunded if you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by e-pantazaras.gr. After we have received the product and after we have made the credit we will send you another confirmation E-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In cases of purchase of products with cash on delivery, the refund will be made through a deposit to the customer’s bank account. Therefore, we would ask you to inform us by email (info@ e-pantazaras.gr) of your account number (IBAN), the bank where you maintain the account and the name of the beneficiary as it appears in the booklet. For security reasons, the beneficiary of the account number must be the same person who appears on the purchase receipt for the product you have returned to us.
The amount we will return to you will not include the possible return costs, unless the return of the product is due to the fault of e-pantazaras.gr

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us and we will arrange for an immediate replacement of the product, free of any shipping charges. After acceptance of the product you will be refunded in the ways mentioned above, including shipping costs and we will arrange for the return of the defective product. Sometimes there may be a delay in crediting your debit or credit card which may be due to the bank.
